Asking4It Productions received a Ty Cerdd New Music Award towards the ‘Peacekeeping’ commission 2017-18. Ty Cerdd is funded by The Arts Council of Wales.

Asking4It Productions are supported by Wales Millennium Centre, Ty Cerdd/ Music House Wales, Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, Opera’r Ddraig, crowd funders and Joyce Watson AM.

Fundraising Gala

We held a musical fundraising GALA at Cafe Jazz, The Sandringham Hotel, Cardiff, CF10 1PL, UK

A selection of traditional favourites and modern works from Britten, Stravinsky, Menotti and Mozart; Romantic French Opera from Massenet, Gounod and Bizet; Italian Opera from Puccini, Verdi, Donizetti, Leoncavallo and Tosti; Novello and some Modern Art Song – Comedy from Britten and Richard Rodney Bennett.

Thank you to the wonderful performers from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama – Jana Holesworth, Adam Jondelius, David Powton, Olivia Jane Gomez and piano accompanist Meredith Bi.
